Why and how it was established? The idea came from the need of very specific attention to every player which they get mainly in very TOP level and what we saw that our diversity will be that we work on tendencies, so there is no random moments showed for a player — video examples which we show based on statistical insights (we count how many times some action appeared in the game, and we recognise is it repeats). There is so many players who can improve their performance only when they get their individual tactics to another level and this will help them to develop their group and team tactics. We believe that this way is most successful. The analysis fits for different level and age player, and we have clients from U13 academy level to professional adults. One of our service – individual corrective video analysis in which we focus on solutions to improve performance also showing the strengths of a player. It is video analysis of individual player from different number of full matches including presentation of statistics (tagging of actions), so it means feedback will be shared based on tendencies from the game. The main diversity of our individual analysis is that we have 87 KPI’s (key performance indicators) it means we transform videos analysis to very objective view of the player by showing video examples based on statistics. KPI’s consists of individual details for example successful passes in different angles also different kind of scanning before receiving the ball which affects decision-making. Also, individual corrective video analysis is a tool for us to create player profile which is useful for player recruitment. This video analysis doesn‘t oppose to coach chosen tactics and game principles. Our insights help the players to develop their individual performance which leads to better game understanding and versatility to play in different system.
